The ADR Project of the Year Award recognises initiatives that make a meaningful contribution to alternative dispute resolution – projects that reduce conflict, prioritise wellbeing, and offer practical, non-adversarial pathways for resolving disputes.
For us, this award held deep significance.
Our Turning Point co-parenting course and the CoOperate co-parenting app were created in response to the real harm we see when conflict between separated parents remains unresolved. Our work focuses on helping parents slow down, regulate emotion, and communicate more effectively – so children are no longer placed in the middle of adult conflict.
The recognition of this project affirms that early intervention, education, and skill-building are not just supportive, but essential forms of dispute resolution.
Winning ADR Project of the Year reflects a shared commitment to moving away from blame and escalation, and toward accountability, insight, and safer outcomes for families. It acknowledges the courage of parents willing to do things differently, and reinforces our belief that when conflict is handled well, long-term change is possible – for parents and for children.
